• Order Cancellation:
    Orders can be canceled up to one day before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations, regardless of the reason.
  • Same-Day Cancellations:
    We do not accept same-day cancellations. No refunds will be issued for orders canceled on the day of delivery or pickup.
  • Cancellations by Soya Gallery:
    In rare or unforeseen circumstances, Soya Gallery reserves the right to cancel any order up to 48 hours before the scheduled fulfillment. In such cases, customers will be notified in advance, and a full refund will be processed.
